How to Cancel/Return/Replace an order?

Go to: My Orders > Cancel/Return Order

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order before it is shipped, request for cancellation from my orders and 100% order amount will be refunded.

To cancel an order after it is shipped, request for cancellation from my orders and ‘order total – shipping amount' will be refunded.

To return an order after the delivery, request for return/replacement from my orders.

 

Return/Replacement Policy:

We offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/replace request of a product within 10 days of its delivery.

Returns/replacements are accepted for unused products only in case of defects, damages during delivery, missing, or wrong products delivered. Return requests can be raised from My Orders page.

Please keep the book in its original condition, with outer box or packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

How and when will I get Refunded?

In case of cancellation, we process the refund within 4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of return/replacement, we process the refund once the books have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made or against the billing details shared by you.

Additionally, we also provide a hassle-free option to refund your amount directly as a transferable Gift Card, which can be used during future purchases.​​​​​​​​​​

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
